Yaxell Corporation is one of the major knife manufacturers in Japan since 1932.
We are supplying the world market with approximately 5-6 million knives per year.
Now we are very proud to introduce our newest knife series;GOU 101 series.
The blade has an extremely sharp cutting edge. It is made out of Japanese SG2 Micro Carbide powder stainless steel, which is enveloped by 50 layers with soft and hard stainless steel on each side, resulting 101 layers in total.
This powdered steel contains a lot of carbon and has an unprecedented hardness of approximately 63 Rockwell.
